Denise Taratko's resume includes working for a large architectural design firm that caters to high-end residences and commercial office spaces. Then on to an Interior Design firm specializing in retail and small office spaces. She relocated to Fairfield County over ten years ago, and has concentrated on high-end residential work, as well as some corporate projects.
Denise Taratko Designs has been featured in FCH Magazine's "Distinctive Spaces" for a teen's bedroom, and in the July/August Bathroom Issue.
Denise Taratko has been practicing interior design for over 20 years with Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design. The philosophy behind the program is that graduates become knowledgeable in building process and materials as well as space planning, decorative finishing and furnishings. The building environment is addressed and the proper use of materials and finishes used so a project is both aesthetically beautiful and functional.

An agreement specific to the project is signed by both client and designer, and a retainer is collected at the beginning of the design process.
