Every year the Connecticut ASID Chapter holds a Student Design Event in which the mission is to connect Connecticut’s Interior Design Students with Professional Interiors Designers.  The level of connection, participation and the overall excitement generated by past years’ events has been inspiring and phenomenal.

Design Teams will be formed that include Students and Design Mentors (Interior Design Professionals) and will be assigned a Current Industry Partner (who will provide financial assistance to produce a Table Top Design formed using their own imagination and creativity!  This design must come from the “Literary” world.  They are able to let their minds wonder free to dazzle us with that they think a table top would look like if they were creating a design for Mark Twain, or J.K. Rowling.  What would they design a tabletop to look like if creating a design for the book Harry Potter, The Wild Things, The Great Gatsby or Dr. Seuss.

7:00 – 9:30 pm – Dinner and Awards

General attendance tickets are $65 each and for competing students $45.00.  Please book below.
